Shortly after purchasing this property, these lovely Midwestern clients wanted to refresh multiple spaces to make it their own. Tye suggested they modernize the master bathroom and make room for an additional vanity, so she relocated the tub within the oversized shower and took out a wall to open the space. Functional built-ins and a new dry bar were installed in the great room, and the summer kitchen was revamped with a new hood, backsplash, and range. Custom draperies, rugs, and wallpaper were added to further develop the timeless traditional design. Now functional and beautiful, the home is perfect for these seasonal residents and all the guests they host throughout the year.
